Turnabout is...fun to watch

This is great. We have the BBC reporting human rights violations in Iran:

The human rights situation in Iran is worse now than at any time since reformist Mohammad Khatami became president in 1997, a report says.

The group Human Rights Watch has issued a scathing report blaming Europe for enabling the repressive regime there:

The European Union's dialogue with Iran on human rights issues has failed to produce any tangible results, Human Rights Watch says, urging the EU to exert more pressure on Tehran.

“The European Union’s weak response to continuing human rights violations in Iran is deeply disturbing,” said Whitson, “It’s time for the European Union to condemn Iran’s record of persecution and torture and to set real benchmarks that the government must meet.”

Truly amazing that the US didn't get blamed, eh?

But then again, HRW is the best of the bunch, in my opinion.
